Jurassic World: Dominion is one of the most depressing pictures I've seen this year and I've seen my fair share of bad films as an editor of film reviews. The Jurassic World's third and sixth Jurassic Park pictures failed to perform to the expectations of their fans. It was evident right from the beginning that this film wouldn't be as impressive.
In Jurassic World: Dominion, the exciting idea is that dinosaurs, a feared species, will conquer the planet. Instead of accepting the concept and further expanding it, the movie keeps the dinosaurs in a tiny park. However, this is only one of the most disappointments in the film.
The film is not up to the high standards Jurassic World: Dominion sets. This is one of the biggest weaknesses. Fans were promised not only a satisfying end to the Jurassic World series, but additionally, massive improvements. Furthermore, the film was promoted as the perfect conclusion of the trilogy. Many viewers were disappointed and deflated by the film's inability to live up to the high expectations set by the marketing.
Jurassic World's Dominion is a boring complicated storyline that doesn't make sense. This is because it attempts to bring together all the characters from the prior films. The story is told badly and unnaturally, (blog) with historical figures reduced to nothing. The story is in a critical stage. You'll begin to wonder what the film is about by the end of the running time.
Jurassic World: Dominion attempts to keep viewers engaged by connecting two dull and unrelated plotlines. But it isn't successful. The film does not mention the Stegosaurus throughout despite the fact that it is evident. It leaves the viewers wondering why it was included.
While Jurassic World: Dominion may be a step up from the widely derided Jurassic Park III, that's far from acclamation. Because of the series's poor track record in delivering compelling stories, it could be one of the worst. Jurassic World's Dominion is a pointless, terrible waste of time. It's a letdown for both long-time and new fans of the series, and an obvious signal that the Jurassic Park movies should have been cancelled years ago.
If you're an avid Jurassic Park fan, this film isn't the one for you. Instead, you should watch the first Jurassic Park film again, since everyone agrees that it's the most enjoyable of the bunch.
